Mahindra Two Wheels showcased the Mojo Scrambler and the Adventure Concepts at the 2016 Auto Expo. The two bikes are based on the Mojo platform and have been redesigned accordingly. Mahindra plans to launch Mojo Adventure and Scrambler Concepts depending on the reaction of the public to the models. The Mojo Scrambler concept has many new parts that are customized functionally and aesthetically for a scrambler look.
The Scrambler concept features a half-length custom front mud guard and stock alloy wheels. Modified inverted forks, tyres and disc rotors, a laser cut radiator guard, brushed steel finish fuel tank, blackened frame and forks. It also features a liquid cooled engine with a red cylinder head, a modified side cowl which combines to give this motorcycle a scrambler look and feel.
The instrument cluster is the same as that of the Mahindra Mojo. An aluminum phone mount, throttle control and grip, handlebar end rear view mirrors, a round head lamp with a circular guard are some of the other features on the bike. Mahindra plans to launch the Mojo Scrambler depending on the reaction of the public to the concept.
The Mojo Adventure Concept has been completely designed to be a rugged adventure bike and has a raw appeal to it. The bike comes shod with off road tyres, variable sized spoke wheels and inverted fork setup with Kriega covers. It has raised mud guard at the front and custom round headlamp with bikini fairing. The Adventure Concept features a liquid cooled engine.
Other features such has hand guards, custom swing arm and chain sprocket set, luggage mount options on the side of the passenger seat make this concept a true off road adventure machine.
